FUNDAMENTALS

Black Bolt Fundamentals will prepare you for your continued progress to achieve elite fitness!

  • Fundamentals consists of 8 Total Sessions – 6 Personal Training and 2 modified Classes!

  • These PT Sessions will need to be scheduled with a Coach!

  • Where you will learn:

    • Proper Technique
    • Movement Patterns
    • Mobility Exercises

After completing Fundamentals you will have the confidence to move forward to our regular CrossFit Classes!
