You are ready to experience individualized coaching and guidance in gymnastics, weightlifting, powerlifting, jumping and throwing together to form the best strength and conditioning program. Every day, every class, we will help you achieve elite fitness!

 

Our classes will be capped at 12 members per class. This is to ensure the highest quality of coaching in each class! Video will be taken on days with technical lifts. These videos will then be broken down and gone over by both athlete and coach for correcting movement patterns.

 

We will start class with a “Coach lead” Warm-Up followed by either a Skill or Strength session lasting anywhere from 15-25 minutes. When the Skill/Strength is completed our coaches will go over the WOD (Workout Of the Day) with the class and proceed to warm them up for the workout.
